As we move into spring, ground conditions across Cranbrook, Hawkhurst and the wider Kent and East Sussex area have been heavily affected by persistent rainfall. Drainage also becomes a key focus during periods like this. Temporary measures may be needed to control surface water, while long-term drainage solutions must be carefully planned to ensure the site remains stable once construction continues.
